During a regular or maintenance visit, we discuss any new problems that may have arisen since the last consultation.
We then do a thorough examination to determine the progress of the treatment, adjust spinal segments that need adjusting, work on any muscle imbalances remaining, check on exercises previously prescribed and refine them if necessary.
We then recheck everything to ensure progress is as we expect. The whole procedure usually can take between ten and fifteen minutes.
